Chef Rachel Khoo’s Apple, Cheese, and Walnut Tartare

This ‘salad’, is perfect for the upcoming fall apple season. Apple crumble, apple pie…why not add another apple recipe to your list? This simple dish takes five minutes to make and all it takes is a little bit of chopping. It’s crunchy, crisp, and sweet!

Apple, Cheese, and Walnut Salad

Serves: 1-2

INGREDIENTS

1 medium apple, diced into cubes

1/2 cup red onions, diced

1/4 cup cheese, diced into cubes

1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 sprig of thyme or 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

DIRECTIONS

Simply combine all ingredients and enjoy!
