Happy Nutrition Month!
If you weren’t aware, March is national Nutrition Month, a campaign put on by Dietitians of Canada every year to promote nutrition and healthy eating habits to Canadians. The theme this year is Take the Fight Out of Food -it’s all about improving our relationship with food and finding joy in eating. I love this theme as I truly believe that having a positive relationship with food enables us to make healthier food choices and helps us become more engaged with our food.
